Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing
    Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
    Processing time: typically 1–2 business days. High-volume periods may require additional time.
    Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been shipped.

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
    Estimated delivery times and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.
    These are estimates—not guarantees.
    Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
    Tracking updates depend on the carrier.

  4. Shipping Fees
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.
    Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by carriers or customs authorities (if applicable).

  5. Delivery Issues
    If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly.
    We are not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect address information provided during checkout.

  6. Incorrect or Damaged Items
    You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged or if you received the wrong product.
    Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If validated, we will replace the item or issue a refund for the affected product only.

  1. Failed Deliveries / Returned-to-Sender
    If an order is returned to the carrier or sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
    Because we do not accept product returns, any returned package cannot be reshipped unless a new shipping fee is paid.
